    Small Pilates Ball - If you don't have one, use a small pillow or rolled up towel.

  • 36 Minute Classical Mat Pilates

    Join Elaine in this Classical style Mat Pilates class. You'll flow from one classical move to the next with minimal pauses in between exercises. You won't need any props, so just grab a mat and get ready to sculpt and tone your entire body!
